1. Introduction & General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 88ab. By registering on or using the platform, you fully agree to these Terms.

  • A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested for account verification.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential; sharing account access with anyone else is not permitted.
  • If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.
  • Opening an account in the name of a corporation, business, or other organization is not permitted.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

88ab is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Registration or gaming by minors is strictly prohibited.

To participate on 88ab, you must meet the following eligibility criteria. Compliance with these Terms & Conditions is mandatory for all members.

  • You must be 18 years of age or older.
  • You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming or betting is fully prohibited.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

88ab supports deposits and withdrawals via various mobile banking methods, including Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are governed by these Terms & Conditions.

  • Minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 and minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
  • Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes; in exceptional cases, processing may take up to 24 hours.
  • Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawal processing may be delayed until account verification is complete.
  • 88ab reserves the right to place payments on hold for suspicious transactions until an investigation is complete.
  • Depositing or withdrawing using a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
  • If financial fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal financial activity is detected, the relevant authorities will be notified.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Points

88ab regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus offer comes with its own terms, which apply alongside these general Terms & Conditions.

  • The welcome bonus is available to new members only, once per person.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal from bonus funds.
  • 88ab reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse is suspected.
  • Loyalty points will expire if not used within the designated period.
  • Multiple bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
  • VIP members are entitled to exclusive benefits as outlined in the separate VIP guidelines.

6. Betting Rules & Regulations

The following rules apply to participation in the 88ab betting section. These Terms & Conditions cover Sports Betting, casino games, slots, and all other gaming categories.

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error on the platform is responsible.
  • If an event is cancelled or results in a draw, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
  • 88ab reserves the right to void bets if unusual betting patterns or suspected manipulation are detected.
  • Odds in live betting change in real time; the odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed will apply.
  • 88ab reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
  • Bets linked to match-fixing or any unlawful activity will be declared void.

7. Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the activities below will result in permanent account termination, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

  • Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
  • Abusive or threatening behavior toward other players or support staff.
  • Using hacking tools, bots, or automated scripts to manipulate platform software or systems.
  • Registering or conducting transactions using another person's identity.
  • Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
  • Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.

8. Responsible Gaming Policy
